Radiomaster GX12 is a great radio suitable for even the most challenging conditions. The main advantage of the GX12 is the integrated dual-band ELRS module with active cooling. The module contains two LR1121 transmit chips, where each of them can transmit at 2.4GHz or 868/915MHz with up to 1W power. Thus, you can operate the module in Gemini mode at 2.4GHz or 915MHz, or you can use XROSSBAND mode, where one transmitter chip transmits at 2.4GHz and the other at 868/915MHz (the function must be supported by the receiver at the same time). At the same time, it can also be used with conventional ELRS receivers that operate with one antenna on one frequency.
The Radiomaster GX12 uses EdgeTX firmware. Radio setup is the same as other Radiomaster models using 6 buttons and a rotary knob. Information is displayed on a black and white OLED display. The Radiomaster GX12 has a Nano shaft for connecting any external transmitter module. For increased reliability, the SD card is replaced by an integrated 512MB memory and the radio electronics are protected by waterproof. The CNC aluminum gimbals use bearing and hall sensors with a refresh rate of 1000Hz and 12-bit resolution for smooth and precise operation. The gimbal sticks can be folded for easy transport. The Radiomaster GX12 features one USB-C connector for battery charging, data transfer, and connection to the simulator. The radio has six adjustable RGB buttons, two rotary potentiometers and two buttons. The radio also features modular switch panels that can be customized. The panels contain two potentiometers, two buttons, and four switches by default. The radio is powered by two 18650 Liion batteries (not included).
