DarwinFPV BabyApe Pro V2 - 3S ELRS

DarwinFPV BabyApe Pro V2 is an affordable 3" freestyle drone suitable for flying in the garden or in the park. The BabyApe Pro V2 uses a solid Caddx ANT camera and has reinforced 3mm arms (the previous version had only 2.5mm). The drone is already equipped with LEDs on the arms.

BabyApe Pro V2 uses a DarwinFPV AIO board to fly, which includes a flight controller with F411 processor and MPU6500 gyro, complemented by 15A ESCs with BlHeli_S firmware. The RC receiver is an external ELRS 2.4GHz DarwinFPV Cement. The RC receiver is protected against water and dirt. The motors are 1104 4300Kv. The motor has a 1.5mm shaft on which the propeller is pressed. The propeller is not secured by screws. The propellers used are Gemfan 3016-3. The video transmitter has a power output of up to 200mW.

The recommended battery is a 3S with a capacity of 450-550mAh.

After unpacking the drone, you need to secure the antenna from the receiver. The FPV antenna used is a regular linear antenna which is sufficient for close flying. For longer distance flights, we recommend replacing the antenna with another with circular polarization.
