Rotorama 5802D is a 7" FPV display suitable for friends or spectators who also want to see you fly. It will also be appreciated by those who don't like to use FPV goggles or want to maintain visual contact with the aircraft while flying.
The 5802Ds are fairly decently equipped. Video is displayed on a 7" monitor with a resolution of 800*480pixels, which is sufficient for an analog video signal. For viewing in sunlight, the display is equipped with a sunscreen. The display includes a diversity receiver with support for all commonly used 40 channels. A pair of receiver modules with two antennas receive video simultaneously. Video from the receiver with the better signal is shown. The display supports the DVR function, whereby the received video can be recorded on a SD card. The display has an integrated battery that lasts for 3 hours of operation. The battery is recharged via an adapter. There is an AV input for external video as well as an AV output for displaying video from the display, for example on a TV.
