Service Package - Pickup and Repair

Has your drone broken and you do not know how to fix it? Do not want to waste time repairing? Pickup and repair is a service package just for you.

How does it work:

• Put your drone with all the necessary accessories in the box and stick the GLS label which will habe been sent to you by email after ordering Pickup and Repair. Hand the box with the sticker to the courier who delivers it to us.
• Our technician will diagnose, contact you regarding the repair scope and arrange for ordering spare parts.
• Basic tasks, such as replacing a damaged part or copter configuration, are within the Pickup and Repair service package. In the case of greater damage to the drone and more demanding repairs, additional work needs to be ordered.

You can choose the return shipping of your drone just as with any other order. If the pickup address is different from the delivery address, please state this in the order note. If you prefer to bring your drone to any GLS ParcelShop, please enter its address in the note.
